ZA VANREDNU SEDNICU SKUPŠTINE AKCIONARA JUGOSLOVENSKOG REČNOG BRODARSTVA AD BEOGRAD, KOJA ĆE SE ODRŽATI DANA 24.02.2020. GODINE, SA POČETKOM U 12 ČASOVA U SEDIŠTU DRUŠTVA U BEOGRADU, UL. KNEZA MILOŠA BR. 82, MALA SALA NA II SPRATU

Upravna_zgrada_2013_7Na IX vanrednoj sednici skupštine akcionara JRB ad Beograd, održanoj dana 16.04.2018. godine, doneta je odluka kojom se razrešavaju dužnosti dosadašnji članovi Nadzornog odbora JRB ad Beograd i odluka o imenovanju novih članova.

Skupština akcionara JRB ad Beograd je Odluke o razrešenju i imenovanju članova Nadzornog odbora donela na predlog Vlade Republike Srbije koja je svojim Zaključkom Skupštini akcionara predložila da se dužnosti razreše 4 dosadašnja člana Nadzornog odbora i imenuju 4 nova člana.

Istoga dana 16.04.2018. godine, održana je sednica Nadzornog odbora na kojoj je doneta odluka da se za izvršnog direktora JRB ad Beograd ponovo imenuje Biljana Čvertkov, na novi mandat u trajanju od četiri godine, u skladu sa Statutom JRB ad Beograd.

Ship "Kovin" was built in a German shipyard in the early twentieth century. At the time the ship was constructed no one had a clue that 120 years later it will be still will be still transporting citizens and tourists of Belgrade.

Due to its features and capabilities, the ship was hired for filming many famous movies, most notably "Underground", directed by Emir Kusturica. Older fans remember „Kovin“ as an "actor" in the film "The Assassination in Sarajevo" madе by Veljko Bulajic. „Kovin“ also participated in all Carnivals in Belgrade and several art colonies were creating their art on the Danube, Tisa and Tamis.

2005, the ship was declared as a cultural asset and since then it's under state protection.
Given the fact that this ship "museum" on the river, we would like take this opportunity and to give you a special offer to create a special memories on Danube.

JRB AD Beograd participated in the Transport and Traffic Business Days, held from 21st to 22nd March at the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering of the University of Belgrade and it was organized by students of the same Faculty.

Transport and Traffic Business Days is a traditional job fair and practice for students from Faculty of Transportation and related faculties in the field of traffic, transport, logistics and information - communication technologies and renowned companies which are the pillars of the economy in our country.

During those two days, representatives of JRB AD at the Fair presented the company to a students which are final year , made a presentation and worked on a case study named : ,, The organization of the transport process of dry and liquid cargo on inland waterways ".
